Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê (/ˈdɘba/ /ëˈtaè/ [weird; strange; peculiar] [quality]) is a temperate Town located in the Lîsithapíe Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê was founded by Kêbëd Dyeshe, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 29°C (84°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê receives an average of 253 cm/y (99 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3114 m (10216 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1112, by Kêbëd Dyeshe. The establishment of Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê's construction back out of the project. Kêbëd Dyeshe pushed on reguardles, and Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature stone brick construction with most buildings posessing towers, turrets, dormers, and wide wrap-around porches. An extreem emphasis on decorative features and emblishments can be seen even on the poorest of homes and makes even the most humble of structures seem a bit regal.
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê is was constructed arround several narrow paverstone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê's exceptionaly well made fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. You get the terrible feeling that whatever it was, the wound it left will simply never heal. This town is as a necropolice.

Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê has a long tradition of martial expertise. This may be a crisply-organized history of skilled native levies, or it may be a natural belligerence in the people that leaves them familiar with bloodshed. While their neighbors and liege doubtless respect their talents, this very aptitude might make them more willing to turn to steel than prudence would advise.
Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century an otherwise minor earthquake shifted Stream Brilliant. The resulting flood was isolated to the area around Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê, which was swallowed by the waters for several days. Hêv-ëtaè Fêqê lost 168 people, 375 livestock, and 87 buildings in the disaster. The disaster is remembered as the Anguish Drownings.
